Lesson Policies

If You Can’t Attend a Lesson
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise and prevent you from joining a scheduled lesson. If you become aware in advance that you cannot attend, please make every effort to cancel or reschedule your lesson beforehand.

No-Show and Late Cancellation (Strict Policy)
If a student does not attend a lesson without prior notification, the full lesson fee will be charged, without exception.
Likewise, if a cancellation is made after the cancellation window has closed, the booking will be treated as a full-fee cancellation, and the full amount will be charged.

Cancellation Window
Lessons may be cancelled free of charge as long as the cancellation is made within the time frame shown in the booking system.
After that period, only the “full-fee cancellation” option is available.

Charges for Missed Lessons
The charge for no-shows or late cancellations will be applied by the tutor within 7 days of the original lesson date.
Students will receive an email notification when a charge is issued and will have 72 hours to dispute the charge if necessary.

Late Arrival Without Notice
If a student arrives more than 15 minutes late without prior notification, the tutor is permitted to leave the classroom.
In this case, the lesson will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be issued.

Network and Technical Issues
A stable internet connection and an appropriate device are required for attending lessons.

If the student cannot attend or continue a lesson due to internet connectivity problems, device malfunctions, or software issues on the student’s side, the lesson will be considered attended, and no refunds or complimentary rescheduling will be provided.

If the tutor experiences technical problems that prevent the lesson from taking place or continuing, the student will be offered a rescheduled lesson at no additional charge.

Eligibility and Age Requirements
This service is available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

Recording and Photography Prohibition
Recording, capturing, or taking screenshots of any lesson content, including video, audio, or shared materials, is strictly prohibited.
Any violation of this rule may result in legal action.
